Who are we?
Webtools Health Limited is a New Zealand technology business. We are the provider of Centrik, a patient engagement platform which is used by many healthcare providers across New Zealand. We work with your healthcare providers such as GP and Pharmacy to provide access to our apps.
Privacy & security: patient app and online portal
Centrik is the platform that powers a number of patient apps.

About our approach to data
The Centrik platform does not store a copy of your health record.
Health information remains in your healthcare provider’s systems, such as the general practice management system (PMS) or pharmacy dispensing systems.
The app and online portal integrate with these source systems via secure APIs. Your health data displays for viewing but is not stored in the app or portal.
Registration and access require your details to match those held by your healthcare provider and two-step verification using your phone number.
To enable access to Centrik the platform also holds user account information.
If you use Centrik services such as appointment booking, prescription requests or messaging, we store a limited set of information to facilitate delivery of those services with your healthcare provider.
